These courses have different admission requirements and the Aeronautical engineering courses offered in this institution include;

  • Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance which is undertaken within a period of 12 months. This course require a minimum of C- (Minus) in the KCSE and a minimum of C (Plain) in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

  • Certificate in Aeronautical Engineering which require a Mean Grade of C- (Minus) in the KCSE and a minimum of C (Plain) in Mathematics and Physics. The course is undertaken within a period of 12 months and the examination body involved in the testing of the graduates in Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC)

  • Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (engine Option) where the students require a Mean Grade of C (Plain) in the KCSE and a minimum of C+ (Plus) in Mathematics and Physics. The course is undertaken within a period of 3 years and the examination bodies involved in the testing of the graduates in Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) and IATA.

  • Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Avionics Option) which is undertaken within a period of 3 years where the interested applicants should have attained a minimum mean grade of C (plain) in KCSE with a minimum of C+ (plus) in Mathematics, Physics and Geography. The examination body for examination tests is Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC)

The Aircraft Operation courses that are offered in this institution are various and of different levels in Certificate and Diploma academic programmes. The study period of each of the courses also is varied from course to course. The Aircraft operation courses offered include;

  • Diploma in Airline Cabin Crew, Diploma in Flight Dispatch, Diploma in Passengers and Aircraft Handling, Diploma in IATA Cargo Marketing all of which are offered within a period of 9 months for their completion and certification.

  • Diploma in International Aviation Law for non-lawyers, Diploma in IATA/ FIATA Cargo Rating, Diploma in Advanced Dangerous Goods, Computerized Diploma in Air Cargo Services and Diploma Air travel and Tourism Management Level 1 which are all offered within a period of 6 months for their full certification.

  • Other courses that are offered under the Airport Operations include a Diploma in Airport Operation which takes a period of 8 months, Computerized Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management level 2 which takes a period of 15 months. The examination body which offer the examination of the courses under Aircraft Operational services is the IATA examination body.
