Kenyatta University is one of the public universities in Kenya and it is based in Nairobi city (capital city of Kenya). It offers Engineering courses alongside other courses in the institution. Engineering is under the school of engineering and technology that was established in the year 2007 from school of pure and applied sciences. The mission of these courses is to develop manpower and offer consultancy in the fields of energy engineering, manufacturing engineering, water engineering, and construction management thus contributing to the development of the country and to realize the 2030 government vision while the objective is to produce enterprising Engineers who are professionally recognized in their areas of specialization and recognized by the Engineers Registration Board(ERB) and Institution of Engineers of Kenya(IRK). The institution offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of Engineering.

B.sc energy engineering (5 years) .

The above engineering courses are offered at the main campus and the mode of study is on a full time basis. The amount of money(fees) paid for the above courses is Kshs.161,200 which is the tuition fee.
