Narok university is a private university in kenya and  invites qualified candidates to pursue Certificate, Diploma and Degree programs. The Diploma and Certificate programs commence in the month of May and Degree programs commence in the month of September. The University is a constituent of Moi University.

School of Science

  • Bachelor of Science (Computer Science), the applicant must have a minimum of C+ in KCSE and at least C+ in Mathematics, physics or physical sciences, the mode of study is full time.

  • Bachelor of Science Statistics with Computing, the admission requirements for this course is a KCSE mean grade of C+ and a minimum of B- in Mathematics

School of Education and Social Sciences

  • Bachelor of Education (Arts) the applicant must hold a minimum grade of C+ in KCSE or a Diploma in Education from recognized University (may be admitted in the 2nd year of study).

  • Bachelor of Education (Science), the qualification of taking this Course is a minimum mean grade of C+ in KCSE and at least grade C (plain) in Mathematics.

  • Bachelor of Education (Early childhood and primary Education) the applicant is required to hold at least C+ in KCSE or A level 2 principal and subsidiary pass in relevant subjects or a diploma in Education from a recognized Institution (may join in 2nd year). Applicants with P1/S1 diploma in ECD certificates may be recognized for B.ED (Early Childhood and primary Education, the applicants with this qualification join in the 1st year of study). This course is offered in full time, evening and school based programs.

  • Bachelor of Education (Special Education) and Guidance and counseling, the applicant must hold a mean grade of C+ in KCSE, A level 2 principals and a subsidiary pass in the relevant subjects.

  • Bachelor of Arts (Social work), you should have a mean grade of C+ and above for you to qualify for this course or two principal passes and a subsidiary pass at A level or a diploma in a related discipline from a recognized institution, the program runs on a full time basis.

  • Bachelor of Arts Community Development, the applicant must hold a minimum of C+ and above, two principal passes and a subsidiary pass at A level or a diploma from a recognized institution.

  • Bachelor of Arts Public Administration, admission requirements are a K.C.S.E mean grade of C+ or two principal passes with a subsidiary pass at A level or a

  • Bachelor of Arts Cultural Studies, the candidate must have the following in order to qualify for this course; at least a minimum of C+ in K.C.S.E level or two principal passes and a subsidiary pass at A level or a diploma from a recognized institution.

  • MPHIL Courses include; Guidance and counseling, Educational Administration, Economics of Education, Education planning, Curriculum Development, Early childhood.

  • Diploma Courses; Diploma in Public Administration, Diploma in Social work, Diploma in Community Development.

School of Business and Administration

  • Bachelor of Tourism management; the applicant must possess a minimum mean grade of C+ in K.C.S.E and at least C (plain) in English or Kiswahili or two principal passes and a subsidiary pass at A level plus at least a pass in Mathematics and English at O level or a diploma of tourism institution (may be admitted 2nd year of study).

  • Bachelor of Business management; a mean grade of C+ and at least C in Mathematics or Business studies or Commerce and English at KCSE level or two principal passes and one subsidiary pass at A level plus at least a pass in Mathematics and English at O level or ordinary Diploma holders in Business and related discipline from recognized institution or CPA/CPS or HND holders from recognized institution (may be admitted 2nd year or 3rd year of study). The program runs both full time and part time.
