Roads

Accidents have killed many Kenyans and very little efforts have been made o reduce the causes. It has come to the attention of many that there are some major reasons that result in accidents in Kenya making it hard for th transportation of goods to be effective with time. The following are the major causes of road accidents in Kenya.

Over speeding

Many drivers will never obey the common rule of driving within a certain limit of speed allowed by the public. Majority of them will go ahead and drive at speeds that make it easy for accidents to occur and take place. It is therefore advisable for drivers to drive buses and vehicles at certain levels of speed for the purposes of ensuring that they achieve much and save the lives of many Kenyans that use the road transport means. It is good for the traffic police to arrest vehicles that are over speeding.

Overloading

Major transport buses or vehicles will carry a lot of goods that makes it hard for the vehicle to get a good balance hence falling or becoming a victim of accidents in Kenya. It has been observed by experts that many people in Kenya will overload vehicles as a result of the greed to make more money from pedestrians as the means of transport maybe limited in some major areas.

Poor Observation of Road Rules

Many Kenyan travelers have the tendency to ignore some basic rules that go hand in hand with the driving of vehicles. It has come to the realization that many Kenyans will opt to drive their vehicles when they are eventually drunk. The outcome is that it makes it very easy for one to cause accidents and many commotions in the road. Another major reason for ignorance is that very few Kenyan will observe the regular policy of wearing safety belts that are crucial in helping them avoid minor injuries.
