They offer treatment to alcoholics and drug addicts including their families and significant others. It is an in-patient residential treatment and rehabilitation Centre located in Limuru. This Centre also provide in-house training, awareness, outreach, educational talks’ demand-reduction and prevention campaigns on addiction and drugs. They also have a tremendous and elaborate referral system networking hand in hand with their partners.

Nairobi Place is an addiction treatment Centre which enable the addicts to return to their happier lives in successful and friendly procedures. The procedures ensure that the people who are addicted can be back to their normal lives, free from compulsion of alcohol and other mood-altering substances or behaviours. The treatment is based on the Disease model understanding of addictive disorders with twelve step facilitation. Asumbi Treatment Centre is the oldest rehabilitation Centre in East Africa which offer many services which could not be found in most of the other rehabilitation centres. The services which they offer include drug-free treatment and have developed an abstinence based programmes where the patients have to stay off all moods and mind altering drugs. It has rehabilitated more than 5,000 clients who have successfully been able to return back to their lives free from the addictions of the substances. Through its development, it has been able to establish other branches in Karen, Nairobi.

Retreat Rehab Centre was first established as an in-patient hospitable medical rehabilitation Centre for the treatment of substances addiction and co-concurring disorders. Their treatment philosophy is based on the understanding of Alcoholism and drug abuse being a disease and a disorder of the whole person.
