Under the Faculty of Computing and Informatics in Kenya Methodist University, the courses offered are Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Bachelor of Business Information Technology and Bachelor of Science in Information Science. Under the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences in Kenya Methodist University the degree courses in Kenya are Bachelor of Arts in Counseling, Bachelor of Education and Counseling, Bachelor of Education – Primary Option and Bachelor of Theology.

Under the Faculty of Science and Technology in Kenya Methodist University the degree courses are Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology.
