This institution is approved by the ministry of education to offer different programmes in form of Diploma and their examinations are prepared and presented by various well known examination bodies locally and internationally such as KNEC, ABE, KASNEB, OXIM, CAM and many more.

Mombasa Aviation Training Institute therefore invites applicants to the ongoing May/June intake for the courses they are to offer and these courses are grouped into their various schools under which they dwell. The courses under the schools to be offered are described below;

First and foremost, the School of Aircraft will offer diploma courses in aeronautical Engineering, cargo services, airport operations, flight dispatch/operation control, cabin crew/air hostess, passenger and aircraft handling and travel and tourism management as well as a computerized Diploma in air travel operations.

Secondly, the School of Hospitality management will offer diploma courses in hotel and catering management, pastry and bakery, Front office and administration, food production, tour guiding and administration and international tourism management.

Thirdly, the School of computer Studies will offer Diploma courses in computer engineering and maintenance, computer science, information technology, computer application and electrical and electronic engineering.

Fourthly, the school of Business studies which will offer the most courses will have diploma courses in business studies and administration, community development, public relation, store keeping, banking, human resource management, clearing and forwarding, logistic management, telephone operation and receptionist, shipping management, legal studies and court clerks, purchasing and supplies management, sales and marketing, maritime management and a computerized diploma in secretarial studies.

Fifthly, the school of journalism will offer diploma in Mass communication/journalism and TV and Radio production.

Sixthly, the School of languages offer training programmes in foreign languages such as French, German, Italian and Spanish

Lastly, the school of accountancy will offer ATC level I and II, CPA sections 1-6, CPS section 1-6, ICTT levels I and II and CICT sections 1-6.
